Kinkekaardid:

Kinkekaart kehtib 6 kuud ostupäevast. 
Kinkekaardi saab kätte Nesty Yoga rendiruumides (Narva mt 38, ruum 405) ja ainult Nesty Yoga tundide ajal.

Kui Sa soovid saada kinkekaardi postiga, siis kirjuta mulle e-mail: nesty.yoga@gmail.com , kus me saaks seda teemat arutada (kuhu kinkekaart saata ja mis viisil. Postikulu tuleb eraldi maksta. Peale postikulu tasumist, ma saadan kinkekaardi postiga teele.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Ready items
: It may take 2-5 work days for me to ship
Custom Jewellery: It may take me 3-10 days to create and ship a piece of jewellery. It depends on how many orders/commissions  are ahead of yours. When it's busy time it may take even longer. Let's discuss timing of your order by e-mail.

Ordering Jewellery and payment

If you wish to order something similar to my works, but slightly different...size or gems or colors, please let me know by e-mail: nesty.yoga@gmail.com to discuss the order and details. Then I will send you a link for payment. After you purchase I will start creating your order. And it may take few more  e-mails ...if I will need more details about your order.

Are different sizes available?
Please contact me by e-mail for special size.
But it may be, that I can't create exactly the same piece of jewellery you choose from my ready items. So please be ready for discussion and slightly different piece of jewellery.  

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges
I will send a final photo of your order for your approval before shipping.
After I will ship it by mail and will send  you e-mail with tracking number.

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
